The sculpture is comprised of laminated yellow rose petals, the laminated body of an Acraea Horta butterfly (found) and laminated cutouts of a printed hand-out of Mark Bould’s essay, 'Language and Linguistics' in The Routledge Companion to Science Fiction (eds. Andrew Butler and Mark Bould) coloured in with blue pen and cut in the shape of rose petals.
