adjective was a magazine dedicated to contemporary South African art criticism which launched it first print edition in February 2017. It was edited by Matthew Partridge and featured contributions from Khanya Mashabela, Ashraf Jamal, Sean O’Toole, Thembinkosi Goniwe and Andrew Lamprecht, amongst others.
